Wuyuan Yuchen was founded by Billy Wu, who spent seven years at one of Taiwan's most respected stroller and play yard factories — a long-time supplier to many of the leading US and European baby brands still defining the market today — before starting out on his own. In 2011, Billy founded King Boy Baby Products Limited in Jiashan, Zhejiang, focused on soft-goods categories that did not compete with his former mentor. Over the following years, King Boy grew into a trusted manufacturing partner for brands and retailers across North America, Europe, and Asia.

In 2019, we expanded into Wuyuan, Jiangxi — Billy's hometown — and established Wuyuan Yuchen, bringing modern manufacturing capacity and stable employment back to the community Billy grew up in. Today, 99% of our employees are hired locally from Wuyuan and the surrounding region, 98% are women, and roughly 60% have returned from years of migrant work to build their careers close to home. Most are mothers, working within reach of their families. For our partners, this translates into something equally tangible: low turnover, long tenure, and consistent craftsmanship on the production floor.

The two facilities operate as one integrated organization. King Boy leads product development, sourcing, and account management on the customer-facing side, while Wuyuan Yuchen serves as the manufacturing engine. Together we produce bibs, swim diapers, hats, backpacks, stroller rain covers, changing pads, wet bags, and a broad range of related infant and children's soft goods.



Our manufacturing is held to the standards that international brands and major retailers' private label programs rely on. We are certified to BSCI and Sedex (SMETA) for labor and ethics, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I for textile safety at the level required for products in direct contact with infants, GRS for recycled content, ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and BRC Consumer Products for food-contact safety. We have also passed factory audits from Walmart and Hema. Additional certifications and audit reports are available on request.
